City of Torrington Police Department Parking Ban Torrington

Please be advised the Torrington Police Department has issued a City wide parking ban, going into effect at 6 a.m. on Monday 2/1/2021 and lasting until 4 p.m. on 2/2/2021. There will be no on-street parking during this time on any City streets or City owned parking lots. Vehicles found in these areas during these times will be towed at the owners expense. Please help us be able to assist you better during this storm by keeping the roads clear and safe for those who need to be on the road for emergency and clean-up purposes.
