Description: Complaints of fake and biased information are heard everywhere these days. Popular services on the internet often promote partisan attitudes and arguments. So how can a responsible person make sure the news they read, watch and listen to is accurate and fair? News literacy programs offer an answer, encouraging a mindful and disciplined approach to consuming news and being an informed citizen in a democracy.
